I wish they’d put people that actually understand English better when they speak the phone. And this is from one fellow brown person to another. If you can’t even understand what I’m saying then how do I expect my food to come to my liking. Hire some Canadian people please. Atleast 1 for customer relations.. d
I asked for a little bit of extra sauce and they cant even do a little bit of garlic sauce on the wrap and wrap box this is the first time happening here and most of the osmows does it . Looks like its the end of being a loyal customer they only act good if i have a camera around. We spend about 30 dollar and they cant even put a little extra sauce smh not looking good osmows
Usually Osmows is my go to place for Shwarma. But stay away from this one. This is the 2nd time getting swarma from them, soggy and absolutely garbage for the price!
Good experience at Osmow's Shawarma. The food is tasty, portions are generous, and you definitely get a satisfying meal for the quantity served. Staff are friendly and provide good service, which adds to the overall experience. One area for improvement would be more promotional offers or combo deals. While the portions are good, having more affordable pricing options or deals would make it even more appealing for regular visits.
