Ordered a side 5oz chicken. Obviously wasn’t 5oz. I asked them to weigh it to 5oz or give me a refund which they refused. The manager got noticeably aggressive and the female tried to withhold the food I already paid for. They stayed on the phone with their manager and said I have to wait. They said they can only refund if there is an issue and I said the issue is that is not a weighed portion.
