Hands down one of the worst Osmow’s locations I’ve ever been to Highway 7 & McCowan. Took 15+ minutes just to make a single wrap while the staff stood around with zero urgency or care. No customer service, no respect for people’s time. The place is dirty, the vibe is off, and the food? Not even worth half the price they’re charging. Save yourself the headache don’t bother with this location. Absolute trash.

Ordered a half-half on the rock, instead of fresh cut chicken shawarma they have used old chicken from inside. The chicken pieces tasted very awful and felt like rubber pieces in the mouth. I would suggest the owner to take serious care of the food and services they provide, if this continues they will soon face serious and legal problems.
Smaller portions, and they do not give the student discount like they used to, that all the other locations do. Just overall not a great experience
