I am here to address a very bad service by some staff members. I visited here last week with my friends and i got the worst service as they are shouting and using abusive words in front of the customers, there was a turban guy manmeet who has no basic communication sense was very rude and aggressive with his tone. I would not recommend this place to visit rather go to other locations, they really need to work on their customer service.
I’ve visited this restaurant several times, but my recent experiences have been very disappointing. On multiple occasions, I was denied dine-in service even though the restaurant was still open and other customers were clearly dining inside. The inconsistency in how customers are treated is frustrating and feels unfair. The customer service also needs significant improvement. Shawarma 🤌 That was super tasty
We have ordered 2 bowls 1 veggie on the rocks and 1 chicken on the rocks. It has always been my favourite place but disappointed today with their service as they didn’t added any vegetables and very less sauce just served us rice and balls . My boyfriend already asked them to add extra sauce and all vegetables. I was so hungry and when I opened the box on my workplace I got so frustrated with service
