Great quality pieces at a fraction of the price. Easily located, friendly and very helpful staff. My husband and I have had multiple dealings with Elona, and she is always very willing to assist. Elona has great knowledge of the Osmen product and is always willing to make suggestions based on our requirements.
We have purchased a outdoor furniture on the 18th of september and was promised by Sherif that it will be delivered 27th today. When i called back , I am being told that it cannot be delivered today as there is been some issue with the way the request has been placed by the sales person. I am beimg told that its the problem with the person who picked up the call because thr person who soled me the goods is not at the shop now. Honestly if i could give 0 stars i would, i was sold an outdoor sofa at a discounted price, It was a floor stock item upon closer inspection we noticed a hairline crack along 1 of the legs, upon inquiring we were assured by the store manager that it had already been repaired and was purely cosmetic...
