Working with Kim Osman Insurance has been a breeze. Tammy has been exceptional in providing answers to all my questions. She has been instrumental in helping insure our new home. Very good at her profession.
Just called and spoke to Lisa. She must have been having a very bad day. I am looking into possibly changing companies for a lower price. She acted so offended and kept talking over me. I didn't say if I was changing for sure, but since she wants to be so nasty then I am leaving. So unnecessary and not a way to treat a long standing customer.
