I just had a wonderful experience with Kim Osman Insurance, and specifically Lisa Guerra when renewing my home policy. I had an inspection that revealed items I needed to correct in order to continue coverage. Though I had completed the corrections, I forgot the required date of submission. Lisa didn't stop trying to reach me until she was successful and got me back on track, and assisted with posting the corrections to my policy allowing renewal. Great customer service!! Bil H.
