Spent half an hour on the phone with three different people while looking for insurance for two different properties. After submitting inspection results (all ok), they didn't even bother calling me back. Business must be good for them, as their service is terrible. Luckily found a great agent elsewhere.
After dealing with a month long nightmare with my old insurance company, I reached out to the Kim Osman Group. Kat got me a quote pretty quickly, and when I had questions and wanted to modify the policy to make it more in my price range, she did it the same day. Policy signed. I'm already much happier.
