Tenants beware especially elderly people who can be easily taken advantage of. You will be charged extreme amounts of costs for imaginary repairs once moving out no matter how perfect the condition is left by you. Possibly this is a way they are profiting extra off of tenants. Please document the condition of your apartment very carefully to maintain proof when moving out. Address issues like this with corporate directly as Wendy and her staff are extremely rude, unprofessional and will not assist.
There have been multiple instances where the apartment management has harassed my family and me, and I believe we have been treated unfairly and discriminated against . When I first moved into the apartment, it was not move- in ready. The bathrooms, baseboards, kitchen, cabinets, washer, and dryer were dirty, and several areas were damaged, requiring me to clean and address these issues myself . As someone with high anxiety (and for most people), moving sucks. Amanda and Wendy have been such a relief to work with through this transition. They both have been just the kindness with amazing communication. Definitely a great move in experience!
This place is a great place to live and the management is very nice and very knowledgeable the apartments is very clean I would recommend applying here to stay
