Absolutely unacceptable experience with the front desk receptionist. She was rude, dismissive, and spoke with a clear attitude the entire time. To make it worse, she abruptly hung up mid-conversation, which is incredibly unprofessional. As the first point of contact, she sets the tone for the clinic—and in this case, it’s a terrible one. Basic courtesy isn’t optional in a role like this. If she has no interest in treating patients with respect, she shouldn’t be working in a position that deals with people at all.
