1 Star – Absolutely the Worst Clinic Experience I’ve Ever Had This was literally one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any medical clinic. I was booked for a 10:30 AM appointment, and I showed up early at 9:55 AM to be respectful of their time. This doctor's office should shut down immediately. We were waiting there with our special needs child for over 2 hours for 10:45 appointment, but able to see the doctor only at 1:00 PM. The front staff need some training on basic manner and common sense. The worst doctors office. I strongly advice patients not to go to this office and request your family doctor to refer a different ENT doctors office. Pathetic and horrible.

This place is so unorganized and such a mess. Had to wait months to get an appointment, then when I get there, had to wait so long. While waiting, you can hear the receptionists gaslight multiple people saying things like we didn't call you, that was automated message, etc. but people spoke to an actual person or left a message. So clearly they have internal miscommunication issues or people aren't doing their job properly as I experienced that too. I never leave a bad review, but with this clinic it made me lose my mind and write a review about this so called clinic. This shouldn’t be a clinic and I don’t just blame the clinic, I blame the government of Canada for having these people work in the medical field. They do not respect time, don’t respect words, and it’s a capital of garbage put together to make an office. Been trying to talk to a person on phone for past 3 weeks. Nobody answers, nobody calls back after multiple voicemails. If they are so busy they should hire someone to answer the phone or hire someone who is capable enough to answer phones. Appointment alone take 6 months and then answering a phone takes another month. This is getting ridiculous on a whole new level.
