They refused my service today and blocked me on Facebook.I came in at 2:30 saying they don’t have time, so I went out to my car and lady came in they must of got her in cause they have her sitting in a chair. I thought Friday and Saturdays are walk ins acceptable apparently not for me. They didn’t give me any reason why they didn’t want to do basic acrylics on me.
Service is always good, I love my nails
I made appointment on the phone. They didn't have it next day. Took my business elsewhere.
Made my mom wait and hour and a half when they said 45 minutes. They werent even busy at all. The thing is my mom had a baby with her.. When she went in to tell them that theyre service isnt good, they just argued with her that if she stayed, they would have got her in.
very disappointed. i walked in with my friends and asked for services and the lady was very rude and didn’t say anything to us and shook her head and walked the other way. we left. this is not acceptable costumer service.
