Very rude receptionist. Sorry but like why are you choosing a job that requires you to talk with other people? I’ve actually never met such a rude receptionist. I’m sorry to anyone who comes across with her….
This has been one of the most disappointing medical offices we have ever dealt with. Communication is consistently poor, and follow-up is unreliable. Phone calls often go unanswered, and when someone does respond, we are told we will receive a return call that rarely happens. The professionalism of the administrative staff is deeply concerning. I had recently stopped going to this doctor's office because I could no longer tolerate the rude and disgusting attitude of the front desk lady, over the phone. After I had let them know that I would not be coming back, all of my medication refills were suddenly and abruptly cancelled. One of which, I was warned by this doctor himself, not to miss any doses of, for I could be at risk of sudden stroke or heart attack. This office is not helpful at all. The front desk receptionist is rude, doesn’t listen, over talks you. The office is old and looks it. Dr. Hossein does listen either. Of course he’s the Dr but he doesn’t listen to his patients fully just selectively hears what he wants and sends you on your way with office visit charges. If you need a referral you have to come with a person in mind already because he doesn’t know who to refer you too, he just tells you you need to see another doctor. Dr. Oskuiyan and Marta have both been friendly and professional on all of my visits. Even when office is very busy, are willing to assist a walk in patient. Very happy with care provided.
