I had recently stopped going to this doctor's office because I could no longer tolerate the rude and disgusting attitude of the front desk lady, over the phone. After I had let them know that I would not be coming back, all of my medication refills were suddenly and abruptly cancelled. One of which, I was warned by this doctor himself, not to miss any doses of, for I could be at risk of sudden stroke or heart attack. This office is not helpful at all. The front desk receptionist is rude, doesn’t listen, over talks you. The office is old and looks it. Dr. Hossein does listen either. Of course he’s the Dr but he doesn’t listen to his patients fully just selectively hears what he wants and sends you on your way with office visit charges. If you need a referral you have to come with a person in mind already because he doesn’t know who to refer you too, he just tells you you need to see another doctor. Dr. Oskuiyan and Marta have both been friendly and professional on all of my visits. Even when office is very busy, are willing to assist a walk in patient. Very happy with care provided.
The doctor is amazing my mom has been going to him for 20 years and has not left because of him. But Marta flores is such an unprofessional woman I had anthem call to get the fax number and she was extremely rude and hung up the phone and my grandma needs information from her doctor to get aprove for homecare Martha refused said she didn’t not care and laughed. I can’t believe how rude and stupid she can be towards the patients. Who ever is writing good reviews are either her daughters friends or they are getting paid .
Until I read these reviews, I honestly thought it was just me who thought she was rude, Dr.Oskuiyian had been my doctor for over 20 years, and he is great, but whoever wrote the review saying the lady at the front desk is very polite, and she has no idea who everyone else is speaking of, has to be a friend, an associate, or HERSELF, or maybe she has finally learned some manners, (doubt it), but as someone else stated, I had to go to another doctor, after 21 years, and it pains me, because he is a great doctor, but his MAIN r... read more
