⭐ 1 Star Terrible After-Sales Service – Avoid OSIM! Very poor customer support and lack of accountability when issues arise. For a premium-priced brand, the service is far below expectations. Would not recommend. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service from OSIM. The delivery personnel caused scratches to the timber flooring in my brand-new apartment. However, the responsibility has not been properly acknowledged and appears to have been deflected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
