BUYERS MUST READ BEFORE BUYING I purchased a brand-new massage chair which arrived damaged, with an incorrect button on the remote. Upon its arrival, I initially inspected the chair (see photo 1, which appeared fine). I did not expect to find damage on the other side, as it was inside the chair.
