Such an amazing experience. So easy to make an appointment and the service is great. It sounds crazy but it was the most painless Brazilian I have ever had... and I was overdue. Pricing is affordable, the place is clean and comfortable. And homemade, organic wax!! Cannot recommend enough! Will be coming back for sure!!
I’ve been going to Osiani for over 7 years, tried other places along the way, but ALWAYS come back to her. Least painful wax experience I’ve ever had, every time, and she always makes me feel comfortable. Clean, attentive, genuinely friendly, and her staff is always so nice too. If you want someone you can stick with long term, this is the spot!
I went to this place for a wax after reading the many great reviews about the professional yet compassionate service and the establishment. After going there myself, I am pretty disappointed. First, I made an appointment at 7 pm on a Thursday through the portal in their website. I get there to find the door locked and a closed sign. I found this place after having a really awful experience with sugar waxing and then another location as well. Like most of the reviews here the moment I stepped in I felt welcomed and she did an amazing job making sure I felt comfortable and happy. I have never seen such a fun set up. She has a tv above as a good distraction as well as a fan to make things cool. Even including music. Everything felt right. It was quick, and such stress free time.
