Terrible! Working with them was a nightmare the past three years. It took them over 18 months to add me to the mailing list and they consistently ignored our maintenance requests to fix a leaking roof. What was an easy patch and repair, turned into a full blown disaster as my entire wall became water logged. It wasn’t until we got a lawyer involved that they started being semi-cooperative. Would avoid at all costs.

I've had experiences with several Management companies as a resident, tenant or owner and results can vary greatly among companies. The building where my condo is has been working with Osher for over 10 years and every year assessments have been kept low and our financials have consistently improved. My condominium association has been working with Osher Management for almost 10 years. During that time, they have helped us greatly to bring our finances from near bankruptcy back to a healthy state. They have consistently looked for ways to save us money. Dont hire or deal with this so called organzation, they are HORRIBLE, everything review here is true and then some. Very shady unprofessional people. RUN
