This is not a traditional integrated medicine practice. This is basically what a large Hospital thinks as integrated medicine practice is. They have a couple of alternative modalities and all of the western medicine one could imagine in the same building and call it integrative medicine. Horrible admin. The staff and her manager are both talking very rudely. I called in to see if I can change a provider because schedule conflict. They told me I can flip flop back and forth between providers. They will make it an exemption to make a change, but I'll be stuck with that person forever. I asked what if his or her treatment doesn't not work? Can I make a change after the session is done. They told me no. If it doesn't work, I can chose not to do any. Is this even ethical???? I was glad to get a response from the office manager after I wrote directly to them about a front desk person who responded very gruffly to my question, "What services do you offer?" (after being referred to them from MGH/Brigham) - "That would take me 45 min. to tell you!!" I am keeping this post up (tho modified) bc doctors & office managers in healthcare need to know the importance of those who set the tone for any clinic. Also - this clinic does not accept insurance.
