Staff is very pleasant very fast service
Over booked and unprofessional techs. Do yourself a favour and wait the extra few days to get into a clinic that will actually take the time to do your ultrasound scan thoroughly and not just rush through and guess which images they are supposed to get.
Nice facility. Easy to get the appointment and tests are done in quick time
Don’t go here if you are pregnant!! I went here early on for all my pregnancy scans and note the front desk staff are friendly and it’s easy to make an appointment, but the ultrasound techs are horrible. I can see a pattern on here the low reviews are almost all from pregnant woman. I had my anatomy scan here and it was the worst experience, I understand the baby moves but I had gone a total of 3 times and the last most clear ultrasounds were never sent to my doctor, the reception swore up and down it was sent and so I asked... read more
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The woman at the front desk is disorganized and careless with your information. She asked if she could keep my rec form while I was booking my appointment. It's definitely not a walk-in as I was told by my doctor. In the matter of one day, she lost it and kept denying it. I sat waiting for my name to be called, and she kept asking for my doctor's name to call her. My doctor is out of the office.
