5 Stars to Dr Al, Dr Lee, reception and the techs who work here. I cannot put into words how much better I feel after getting regular treatment. However there is the odd dr who thinks you can just push thru pain. You work at a pain clinic for pete's sake.
This was hands-down the worst experience I have ever had at a Pain Clinic. They’re not there to help you with pain, they treat you like you are a raging drug addict, and no interest in discussing pain or methods to address pain. Unsanitary conditions, never washed his hands before or after injections, no sterile gowns, and not hooked up to blood pressure machine. Horrible experience.. don’t call it a Pain Clinic call it a drug rehab clinic because that’s what it is
I found the staff very considerate and accomadating. Dr Khan was very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone experiencing chronic pain.
Don’t recommend it. Try to get a referral elsewhere. The patients other than myself were also unhappy.
excellent customer service and professional care. I could not ask for anything better. Thank you for caring for my pain that my hospital in Peterborough could not provide.
