Staff have no compassion I went for my initial assessment which was to take n hour half an hr of waiting a nurse comes in does a very half ass check of my symptoms 25 mins later no one has come back I go to the front desk ask for my letter for odsp the lady tells me she can’t give me it untill the dr sees me which makes no sense because regardless I attended my app! I told her I had another app and I needed to leave! First and far most of you show up 30 mins late ur likely canceled and charged but they can do it no problem. ... read more
5 Stars to Dr Al, Dr Lee, reception and the techs who work here. I cannot put into words how much better I feel after getting regular treatment. However there is the odd dr who thinks you can just push thru pain. You work at a pain clinic for pete's sake.
This was hands-down the worst experience I have ever had at a Pain Clinic. They’re not there to help you with pain, they treat you like you are a raging drug addict, and no interest in discussing pain or methods to address pain. Unsanitary conditions, never washed his hands before or after injections, no sterile gowns, and not hooked up to blood pressure machine. Horrible experience.. don’t call it a Pain Clinic call it a drug rehab clinic because that’s what it is
I found the staff very considerate and accomadating. Dr Khan was very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone experiencing chronic pain.
Don’t recommend it. Try to get a referral elsewhere. The patients other than myself were also unhappy.
