Terrible doctor takes 1 month or more to get an appointment and for fax prescription refills I’ve been waiting for 1 and a half weeks and still nothing after the pharmacy sent it twice. Called myself just to get told the doctor is too busy to sign them, doesn’t take long to sign paperwork but ok. Very disappointed thought the last doctor was bad this one is 100 times worse. Time to change doctors it looks like. Update its now been 2 months and still haven’t got prescription refills
Do not bother taking appointments here because they do not honor it. Every single time I’ve come here with an appointment, I’ve been made to wait 30+ minutes to get in. I mean, why bother taking appointments if you don’t respect it? Might as well do all walk ins.
Does anybody know how to answer a phone here? Even when I call and leave a voicemail, no one calls me back. Maybe hire another secretary?
Front desk staff is terrible. Doctor's moving around with laptop looks unprofessional. Having access to bigger screen is going to be more useful to doctor to provide better service to patient
Dr Kharangate is the BEST family doctor I’ve ever had. She listens with care and her compassion for patients is unmatched. It’s unfortunate I know to be prepared to sit and wait for 2 hours every time I have a BOOKED APPOINTMENT with my family doctor. Don’t expect to be given any timeline on when you’ll be seen, either.
