They never answer the phones and response back on voice calls ! Some of the receptionists are rude and never polite to the patients! They never respect the patient appointment timing, though we reach on time, they take so much time just to queue in to the doctor.
I went in and asked about availability and was told it's a family doctor clinic so if I don't have a doctor there sorry. Hmmm....I suppose our medical benefit system doesn't pay this facility....that's just me venting about the system
Worst customer service at the reception.I don't understand why the management is not taking any action to improve the front reception. The reviews speak for itself. Even if you have good doctors, that doesn't matter because your receptionists and overall customer service are soooo bad!!
