They cancelled my appointmemt hours before. I am having a problem in my hands, asked for a medical day in my job but They just do not care. They are kore important than the patience. So they play with your time without any consideration. Poorest care level.
I think it is fair to say that my doctor ( Dr A Kathirkamanayagan ) saved my life - and did it outside of normal working hours. He was reviewing test results and called me at night to advise me to visit the local emergency dept and tell them what's going on. 6 weeks later - the first two spent admitted to the hospital and the last 4 spent at home recovering - i have been able to see him without making appointments at least 4 times.
