Such an awful clinic! My medication has been over for the last four days, and I have been continuously calling them, but no one picks up the phone. I went in yesterday evening and spoke to the receptionist, who denied receiving any requests from the pharmacist. When I contacted him online, he informed the receptionist about how many requisitions he had sent for approval. Always get appointment for more than 1 month. Appointments gets rescheduled before few minutes of appointment. No one responds calls nor emails. Dr is good, but if he's unavailable, what's the point of calling it "Family Physician" ?
Got an email notification stating that I have an appointment on the day of. No reminders and I did not even make an initial appointment to begin with. Wasting not only my time but the doctors time. Also its not fun to go in and have your reasons for coming in dismissed, makes it seem like I booked this appointment for no reason.
I have been calling for 2 weeks no one answer the call. I have called 24 times, I tried in the morning, afternoon evening no one answered. I left multiple voicemails till date no one returned my call. Now I have to leave my job and go in-person to talk to them. They should have permanently closed their phone line as it's useless.
