Very unprofessional. I will not shop there again. My new Humid Aire 11, water holder broke only 5 months after I got the machine. This is not CPAP Solutions issues, however I called to arrange to pick up a replacement part. I was very specific that I need to pick up the part right at opening as I had to get to work immediately after. I drove the 20 min to the store. Arrived 5 mins early. I’m very lucky I shopped around and saw the comparison of this place versus the others, this one does have nice receptionists but the machine they were offering is way over priced. I got a higher model with more features for $800 after coverage compared to these guys who were going to charge me $1200 for a lesser more basic model. Place is also run down. Do not recommend this place.
For the life of me I cannot figure out why the Google Ratings are a 4. I had my first visit here recently. It was a positive experience to say the least. Right from the very organized young lady at reception, to my first scheduled appointment with Megan. Tried this business as my usual cpap provider is on TO and wanted to save the trip. I regret not doing the trip because the way this business itemize their bill for charges. The $175 consultation and service fee, is not covered by Sun Life, but if presented on the invoice as Administrative processing fee Sun Life will covered, this is according to the estimate I submitted.
