The receptionists are very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the sleep technicians are great. Everyone works hard to ensure you are comfortable and have what you need to have a successful sleep study.
The office staff are very courteous and professional, Kristen in particular is a star!
Update, had a follow-up booked with the doctor for August that was set the morning I left the clinic. Get a call from the office a few days before my appointment letting me know "the doctor forgot that they were on vacation" pushing my appointment by a month until September 27. Today I get on the call at the scheduled 10:45 and wait 15 minutes before the doctor logs on. I purchased a nasal pillow mask for $274, and found the same one on Amazon for $91.00. I didn’t even use it and tried returning it back, they refused me and didn’t give me a refund even though I purchased it a few hours before trying to return it. Please check on Amazon or other sources first their prices are ridiculous. They told me not to write a review because the hospital owns it, I don’t understand what that has to do with anything. There schemers!!!!
