Mike at The Capet Store was a wonderful person to work with, as he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We love the hardwood and ceramic products that we chose; however, while the installation is good, the details and finishes are lacking. Elements, such as transitions, trim, and attention to detail, that are part of a professional installation are missing. The installer was supposed to return to fix these issues, but he never came. Disappointed.
This is the 2nd time I have used carpet one and so far, I have had a great experience with the Company. Mike Tarp is the salesperson that I have been dealing with. Mike has been able to accommodate our needs and very easy to work with.
Great selection and amazing client service. Highly recommended
