Management is useless, constant construction, water shut off, unusual amount of notices posted. Property manager here lacks empathy and will make any issue seem like the fault of the tenants. Building is 8 stories tall and only has 2 washing machines. Property manager does her laundry taking up both washers for multiple cycles at a time. Always unclear wishy washy answers when asked when construction would be over. Hallways in the building are unbearably hot in the summer. I had the best possible service thanks to Shehan De Alwis. Shehan takes helping people to heart, and gives an enormous amount of his time and energy to making the move-in process as easy and relaxing as possible for his residents. He is a very good communicator and is very organized, which makes the process faster and straight forward. He works at 23 Lascelles Blv at Brentwood and I recommend his services!

They treat you like a number. Always Feels like a mngmnt vs tenant situation. They couldn't care less if five or ten people are occupying a one bedroom unit.
