I was a patient of Dr. Oshagh for years and never had any issues with the actual dental care. I went in for routine cleanings and treatment as needed, and because my experiences were positive, I even recommended friends and family to the office. My opinion changed after an appointment was rescheduled. I had a really great experience with Dr. Oshagh! She did an amazing job fixing my teeth—everything looks and feels so much better now. She’s very skilled, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I really appreciate her attention to detail and care. Got a cleaning done at this office which was decent but I mentioned I wanted to replace my crown. The dentist thought I had state insurance so instantly gave me attitude but I corrected her that I had other insurance. Their system is very dated at this office (literally schedule on a planner) and I waited a whole month for my next appointment and they failed to reach out to insurance. Save yourself the headache and find an office that knows how to handle multiple patients
