My package got delivered to the wrong address and called their office for help because I can't access the building, they promised to retrieve my package for my but it got stolen and now they're saying it's not their fault and my situation wasn't an emergency that's why they didn't check for 4 days despite my calls and emails. Are you a fan of the constant smell of cigarette smoke? Or do you love feeling unsafe living with drug abusers that like to break into vehicles and bring their friends here? Moved in a year ago and I’m so relieved that my lease is up. Upon moving into my unit 14 months ago it was filthy with a barely functioning bathroom. No outlet for hairdryer, toothbrush etc, vanity doors were hanging off hinges, no medicine cabinet.,The bathtub was heavily stained and the countertop was in dire need of replacing.NONE OF THE BATHROOM ISSUES WERE RESOLVED BTW! Not the best experience at all. I was looking due to transferring from Smiths Falls to Kingston due to a work transfer. I was scheduled for a viewing at 4:45 had to wait around till 5:30 as the tenant stated she wouldn't be home till then. The price was stated by the ad at $1,189 then when I get there it's now $1,289. Then shown a floor plan of 300 sq ft and the apt wasn't even close to that. Asked for a second viewing after tenant was out so I could see things better that never happened nor did I get a response to my email.... read more
