If I could make this 0 stars, I would. My friend lives in one of these apartments, and it's falling apart. Pays almost 2,000 CAD a month for it and they don't care that it's falling part. I stayed there for a month in April, and the floorboards come up, and the wooden Framing is coming off... plus there's mold. He has complained about this stuff before,, and the kitchen light not working anymore and no one has come to fix this stuff in months.
Rent is technically lowest in the area but it's built on marshland so buildings are sinking staff have a high turn over rate an mostly are combative to the most basic of questions tenets have described the place as "well guess I'm stuck here now" so it's a low rating for me
I have lived in 52 Bayswater for approximately 15 years now. They have great staff in the office and even superintendents are great. The building is clean, they get repairs done in your apartment in a timely manner. I'm happy to live here.
