Absolutely useless company. They like to schedule viewings for apartments they no longer have available
They will threaten you with LTB action when you are unable to make sudden alternative care arrangements for your autistic dependents with 16 hours notice on a Friday night. There is no consideration for your or your loved ones, only their "economic harm" from waiting another 8 hours on a Saturday.
If I could give 0 star, I would. My package got delivered to the wrong address and called their office for help because I can't access the building, they promised to retrieve my package for my but it got stolen and now they're saying it's not their fault and my situation wasn't an emergency that's why they didn't check for 4 days despite my calls and emails.
