My dad came here 3 times in one day. The first two times he was shrugged off and told to go home and rest. No blood work done. No scans or xrays. Nothing. By the. Third time I had enough and demanded we be sent elsewhere by ambulance if they wouldnt take us seriously. After demanding they transfer us to better care elsewhere for over 2 hours we were finally sent by ambulance to Marquette. They get patients mixed up. Was told my love one had passed...Long story short it wasn't my loved one it was a patient with the same first name as my loved one.

Had an excellent experience today. Made a hunters mistake and sliced my finger pretty good. Walked in to a very polite and professional registration staff member who had me all checked in. While I waited I talked to a very very nice and humorous security officer who kept my mind off my injury. He was awesome. Forget her name but the triage nurse took great care of me and had me all set to go to a room. Dr Gonzalez was extremely professional and took great care of me.
