*EDIT: COMING HERE WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DECISION. Nearly 6 months later I am still being billed and harassed! After numerous phone calls repeatedly OSF continues to act like I didn't have insurance coverage and ignores attempts of me trying cover the bill. They've now sent to collections and continue to disregard the fact that I had coverage. Absolute FRAUD. I went to OSF for abdominal pain after a hypoglycemia episode. I went to OSF for abdominal pain after a hypoglycemia episode. Earlier in the day I had labs that showed elevated liver markers. I showed this to the doctor who glanced at it and said yep you did. I obviously had blood work once again in the ER as well as a CT scan. I was told directly by the doctor that they didn't find anything wrong and that I was fine. His exact words were "maybe it was just gas bubbles". I asked about the elevated liver numbers and was told they went way down and it was all good. After heading home, I'm... read more
