Rude staff. Won't let you pee when you need to.
The rooms are not family friendly at all! The recliner did not recline at all. I wound up on the cold hard floor with a sheet and 2 blankets. My child was told be glad and feel lucky your mom is in the room because normally parents sleep in a different room. She's 11 years old and was having anxiety because she was in an unfamiliar place with all of these tubes and wires and the tech felt this was appropriate to say to her.
