I’m currently in their ER it’s 1:00 Am and i got here at 8:45. I’m pregnant and I haven’t been able to keep down liquids for a week now. they wont give me how long of a wait to the doctor or an ob. When i told the front desk lady that i was pregnant she said how far and i answered., She then proceeded to laugh and tell me oh thats normal first trimester but you’ll be called soon. the Triage doctor also brushed me off stating that if its just vomiting its normal. and I’m having to stress that its not. I had a friend I urged to go in for head trauma to get a check after 5 hours in the ER with not even a preliminary check she then finally was sent to a room where she waited an additional hour. She was hitting a call button to no avail. I finally had to call the front desk get transferred to the ER and demand her to be seen before a DR finally saw her. This is abysmal care and needs to be addressed immediately.

This hospital was my husband's fourth hospital in four months. The team in the ER was the ones who took the tim to really find out what was going on with him. My husband would have died if it was not for this hospital. I am great full to all who have been taking care of him. Almost two months later he is still in the hospital, but they are doing everything they can do to help him recover from a bacterial infection that was running through his body.

OSF is my go to hospital for any medical emergency. I love the staff and the exceptional quality care I always receive there. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
