Filled out a bunch of paperwork through the app. Got everything approved. My appointment was set up. Then, suddenly, my appointment was gone from the app. It was cancelled, but no one in the office can tell me who cancelled it or why. I never got ANY notification that it was cancelled at all. The only reason I know is because it was missing from the app and I had to call the office to figure out where my appointment went. Absolutely the best people to work with. I had hip repair surgery in August. Ed and Emily worked with me to get me going again and knew exactly what I needed. Everyone in the front was so nice. It was a perfect experience!!
