I loved getting treatment at this facility. All of the physical therapists were attentive and nonjudgmental and listened to what I was saying instead of dismissing any of my concerns. The front desk is very friendly and works with you to get appointments scheduled around work schedules and any other issues you may have. They are very understanding of cancellations that may come up due to unexpected issues. All in all this is one of the facilities you can go to and be treated well and wherever you are at.

I haven't even seen the physical therapist yet. I have multiple health issues... the OSF physical therapy office seems to have trouble wrapping their head around the fact that people can have multiple health issues. I'm doing physical therapy on my neck for degenerative disc disease. But because an ENT from OSF misdiagnosed me, I've had to have multiple ear and skull surgeries this year.. again, completely unrelated to what I need to see the physical therapist for... and I've switched all ear and skull related matters to ano... read more
The Physical therapist work with you well and plan out things well and the receptionist work with your schedule nicely
