I had a very sore throat and the nurse did a very great job and noticed i had strep unlike these people who lie the staff are very nice and will treat you ASAP i really like going here when im sick and would highly go here
I’ve had nothing but helpful, good experiences at Promptcare when I have had to go there instead of my primary care office.
I brought my son here for concerns of pink eye. We waited 2 hours which I expected a wait since we couldn’t get into our primary. When the nurse practitioner Ashley finally saw us it was less than 5 minutes and she didn’t even look at his eyes or do any exam. She said it was probably just allergic conjunctivitis. When I mentioned that pink eye was spreading around his school and they wanted him on meds for 48 hours before going back she seemed annoyed and said “well the school doesn’t have a medical degree”.
