Unprofessional staff and the way they operate is ridiculous.
I am writing this review out of complete frustration with the ongoing lack of accountability and professionalism at this urgent care. Earlier today, I called two hours before bringing my son in for an ankle injury to confirm that X-rays would be available. The woman on the phone placed me on hold to verify with the technicians, then came back and assured me they would be there until 7 PM. staffed with mostly (possibly 100%?) extremely rude disrespectful miserable women.
(Walk in clinic) I wanted an appointment here due to my daughter having a chronic cough. Her cough responded well to antibiotics from her having an ear infection. Though, after the antibiotics were used up from her ear infection, her cough came back. She diagnosed her with having allergies. How does that make sense i have no idea, no symptoms of allergies, only a cough and nasal drip that gets worse at night time when she sleeps.
