This doctor is an absolute waste. My mother is bone-on-bone in both hips. This doctor told her three months ago that she was too fat and that she needed to lose 30 pounds before he would do the procedure. She went to see this doctor today (and has lost 21 pounds) and the doctor her she was still too fat and needed to lower her BMI and maybe they could do the surgery in December.
