I wish I could rate this negative stars. How is a business going to be listed online as open till 8pm and be closed by 5... Ha high demand? No more like u were completely closed no cars in the parking lot doors locked and lights off inside at 5pm.
People like Raquel are the reason I will always prefer OSF over Carle. I’m always treated well here, I’m never there for longer than I need to be, and everyone is super nice and welcoming despite having such a stressful job. If at all possible, I will always come to this location for any relevant needs.
Walked in and I was able to talk to a doctor in about 15 minutes! The nurses were very kind and the doctor cared about everything I said about my symptoms. I've never been to an Urgo before but they made getting help so easy!
