We were seen for an ankle injury for my 17 year old son. Initial contact was with Mckenzie, who registered us and did vitals, was very friendly and polite. Registration is always the longest part of the process, but she did excellent! My son has insurance through my employer and his dad's as well, so there was no co-pay. If you want to know if your insurance considers OSF in network, you need to call the insurance company, not OSF, they aren't the ones who decide... I went here this morning for an UTI. This place is amazing. I was in an out in less than 30 minutes. The staff and nurse practioner was great. They are super friendly and explain everything to you. I would recommend this office to everyone. Thank you for taking care of me this morning.
If I could give this place more stars I would. My nurse Abbie was very kind and quick. The nurse practitioner Lori Turner was very kind took time to answer my questions. She gave me options on what I could do to take care of my problem instead of just pushing medicine. I’m a naturally anxious person and wasn’t looking forward to going in but I really enjoyed my visit and will be returning.
