I had an exceptional experience here. Being from out of town, I truly appreciated how thoroughly the staff and NP explained every step of my treatment.
My experience was great. From beginning to end the level of kindness and care was always present. When you aren’t feeling good and are sick you don’t think about anything but finding out the problem and getting better. No surprise, the team that serviced me was professional and efficient. I am grateful for this experience.
I came to this doctors office in a lot of pain. Had been hurting since June and walked in off the street the receptionist was extremely kind walking through the process I went to the back. I explained to the doctor what was going on with me and she diagnosed me with sciatica after examining she gave me medication. I went home. I had a great experience at this urgent care! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly, and my wait time was only about 2–5 minutes. Everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive. I could genuinely tell that the entire staff cared about their patients and wanted to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Thank you for providing such a positive experience! I would definitely recommend this urgent care.
