First time here and will definitely be coming back and telling others about it!!! Beyond amazing staff- super kind and caring, with warm hearts and big smiles. Just an amazing atmosphere overall! Shout out to my ladies for taking very great care of me: Emese-the provider, and the techs- Sahar, Rhonda, and Candice! Keep those smiles going and the great work you guys do!
Very rude and entitled staff in the clinic. Treats patients like garbage and if one person complains and they will turn it into a insta-threat.
I gave this place 5 stars, those ladies starting with the intake person who processed me in ,prompt and professional, my specimen collector was Rebecca Martin, she got me in quickly and out, thank you, ladies love it when people do their job with a great attitude keep up the great work!!🙂
Rhonda, Sahar, and Dr. Michael truly gave me the best medical experience I’ve ever had. I am THRILLED to be in network at OSF now. I felt so taken care of and listened to.
I've always had great experiences at this location. However, this last visit for a Covid/Flu test on Wednesday was not. I came in a little before 12 and was told that the provider was coming off a break and to come back at 12:30. I sat in my car until 12:30, came back in and waited until almost 1 before I was taken back. My issue is with the medical assistant, who clearly lacks empathy.
