I had an excellent experience at OSF Urgent Care. I came in needing stitches on my finger, and the entire team made what could have been a stressful visit feel comfortable and reassuring. This facility is on point with attention, care and knowledge when it comes to urgent care. Both Trish (care guide) and Mary (NP) were kind, listened to my issue and provided expert care on my visit. I get anxiety having to go to urgent care but they put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands. Even the registrar was friendly and kind. They are top notch and I am truly blessed and grateful to have had them taking care of me.
