Thank you OSF urgent care team, I wanted to start off with just expressing my appreciation, the kindness, the prompt service, and thoroughness of everyone that participated in my care that day. The nurse practitioner was extremely knowledgeable and both of the radiology tax were great again thank you OSF team for taking such good care of me.
We have had to use OSF a few times and they have always been extremely helpful and kind. I like that they follow up with you after your visit and that they have most medications on-site so you don't have to wait at the pharmacy. The only super minor complaint I would have is that the nature sounds they play in the rooms sound like someone getting an ultrasound done and it's a little weird for me. Overall they have been great with my family and have saved us hours at the E.R..
Very bad they don’t know how to treat clients stay away
I went in with my 11th year old daughter that has an ear infection. The front desk was very helpful and polite. And the doctor was very friendly and professional. My daughter felt very comfortable.
Staff was very personable and communicative. Although I was in pain, it was still an enjoyable experience
