I’ve been a patient at this urgent care, and while the medical care was fine, I’ve had ongoing billing issues since my visit on February 28th. My insurance covers urgent care with a $50 copay, but the claim was coded in a way that applies my deductible instead. Hedi was great! Very nice & she listened very well!
Walked in at 7:15 PM on a holiday with my child who broke her finger. The staff was attentive, she got an x-Ray right away. The visit was efficient and quick, and it significantly relieved stress because of the timing. ⏱️ We appreciated that it was open and available for us to walk in.
