They had me sit in the office with an extreme back injury for over 2 hours, after I gave them my insurance information. All because when they tried to put in my insurance info, they spelled my first name wrong. They even had my id to double check everything. Absolutely ridiculous. Had to wait on hold for over two hours with my insurance company for them just to tell me I in fact had the right numbers. They just spelled my name wrong at the front desk.
My partner came in for ear pain and the entire staff was very standoffish and cold except 1 nurse who explained the final steps and the at home remedies.
They don't deserve the one star. Can't put zero. This was my first and last time going there! Very rude nurse practitioner! Get some bedside manner
My visit was prompted by sinus pressure, congestion, and discomfort. I checked in and waited an additional 20 minutes to be seen before another patient without a reservation was serviced before me. This was a little disheartening because it made me feel as if my need wasn’t as important at the other patient that came in. Also that my time waiting and being here was not valued the same. Furthermore, reinforcing how black women are not taking serious or valued when it comes to their health and concerns.
A week later and my symptoms have not improved.
