This was my first visit. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The service I received was timely and appropriate. The environment was clean, welcoming and peaceful.
My wife and I both were in need of a medical review so we went and were seen together. The receptionist was pleasant and professional, we were seen within minutes, both medical personnel were polite, thorough and worked to complete our exams quickly without shorting an adequate review. COVID testing was done on site and results were available within 20 minutes start to finish. Highly recommended
I went to this location and another one of their locations. I could hear APN’s and CMA’s making rude comments and gossiping about patients. They’re in the helping field but very judgmental of patients.
Went in for a one step TB test reading and returned within the 72 hours needed and was scolded by the apn for not coming in earlier and threatened to restart the process. Apn was condescending and made it a point to make me feel guilty
The nurse practitioner I saw didn’t do anything for my symptoms and when I told him who did my sinus surgery he responded with saying oh that’s why he sucks
