I brought my daughter in around 830am to urgent care in morton. We have been here for 2 and a half hours, while my daughter is feeling worse they are taking reservations! What is so urgent care is that?
Everyone was welcoming and very efficient getting me taken care of. They made me feel like they were treating family instead of a stranger. I had to return later to get a work note and they promptly took care of me again. What a great place for care!
Staff were very helpful and friendly. The girl at the door remembered my name on the way out.
I arrived fairly close to closing time. Got me in quickly. Listened to my concerns. Shared better OTC options to help alleviate my symptoms. Worked to get my prescriptions in before pharmacy closed. Provided clear direction on next steps. All while being pleasant and empathetic. Great team and we're fortunate to have them in town.
