Very unprofessional. I was told to complete a 30 minute questioner on an iPad before speaking to a doctor, and then it was clear that the doctor didn't even read my responses because he was clueless when he came in the room. Then, the medication he prescribed was prescribed to the wrong patient. When I got home to look at my paperwork I noticed that they gave me another patients confidential paperwork but with my medication addition which had been called into her pharmacy instead of mine. The staff are very friendly. They took time to play with my daughter and distract her from the wait. Will deff go back if need arises. Thank you all so much!
My experience was great! Everyone treated me kindly and considerately. I got serviced relatively quickly and was in and out. All the treatments suggested have been great and I’m feeling a lot better than when I walked in!
