Went in for an obstruction in my eye that would not budge even after flushing with water. The provider who I saw was awesome. She was not only able to get the obstruction out but also checked to make sure there was no damage and suggested allergy eye drops when noticing fluid build up. I've taken her up on the recommendation and already notice a different with my eyes. Glad I went in.
Staff continues to gossip even with patients about. Not friendly, very short. I requested Lindsay for a hat to catch urine for pre employment drug screen, OSF Occupational Health accommodated me, in the past, Lindsay said no. I have an essential tremor+ scoliosis it's very difficult to catch in a small cup. Lindsay also took my cell phone from me instead of having my read to her the info she needed. Unpleasant experience.
Miss diagnosis on a 3 year old. Sent us to the ER for 13hrs of testing with inconclusive results. Exposed my 3 year old to radiation CT scan. Nothing found and months later my kiddo is ok. I think she ate somthing off and had some stomach cramps. I will never return to an OSF facility again.
