Took great care of my brother. Dory and Dawn were the absolute best!
While the staff was friendly, efficient and helpful, the actual provider was horrible. My husband came in for a work injury where he needed stitches on his knuckle. The provider struggled placing 3 stitches for a long while and then finally, when they were done, she stated none of them were right so she was going to have to take them all out and do them again. I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone is so kind and understanding.
Nurses were rude and didn’t want do there job had metal in my eye they didn’t even try help me… was more concerned if I needed to do a drug test rather then help me and get metal out of my eye… then proceeded to tell Me nothing was in there went to Illinois eye center and they got it out… been there before and they helped me this time I wasn’t happy with the way I was treated
