I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone is so kind and understanding.
Nurses were rude and didn’t want do there job had metal in my eye they didn’t even try help me… was more concerned if I needed to do a drug test rather then help me and get metal out of my eye… then proceeded to tell Me nothing was in there went to Illinois eye center and they got it out… been there before and they helped me this time I wasn’t happy with the way I was treated
The staff members were very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. They put me at ease and validated my concerns
Love OSF Urgo! Easy to make appointments, short wait times, and excellent care. Highly recommend!
Was just there for a drug screen M.A. Dawn kept getting my name wrong. She was more interested in showing me her tattoo and recommending the numbing cream she uses.
