I was treated kindly, patiently, and professionally by all the staff and nurses.This is the best prompt care I have been to and I've been to a few.I would recommend this place to anyone and I plan on doing so immediately.Diagnosis, treatment was on the money and already feeling better after just one day.Thank You!!!
My wife fell and hurt her ankle, and we drove over to the OSF Urgent Care on Greenbriar. They were WONDERFUL!!! They got her in for an X-Ray right away and put a splint on her ankle. They then referred us to a podiatrist for a followup, but while we were there they treated us with kindness, courtesy, and fantastic medical care. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I can't say enough about the people who work at this Urgent Care. Thank you all for all that you do.

Your sign on the door reads, "Open 8-8 daily." I came on Saturday... not one soul. I called on Sunday and finally got a message that the hours are 8-8 M-F. Those are not the same thing. Daily means every day. Also, I went to the Bradford location on Thursday. There was a sign on the door that said to go to the Greenbrier or IAA locations. I do understand staff changes, but please post the changes here. Communication is important, especially during medical situations.
