OSF is hands down, no contest, no question far superior to Carle in terms of patient care, customer service and medical diagnosis. I'm kicking myself for not making the change sooner. Look at reviews. Look at feedback from people's experience with both OSF and Carle, there's no comparison. If you haven't made the switch, you're doing yourself and your family a disservice. I was blown away based on my recent visit to OSF Urgent Care. They treat you like a person, not a number or dollar amount.
So nice to be able to schedule and see someone same day without the wait. And to not have to wait at the pharmacy for medication was able take home with me.
