The wait was over an hour. They were very unorganized! They had to repeat some of my steps for a drug screening!
Put in a room and playing the waiting game. Been about 45 minute. Crazy
The staff and Amanda were very kind and caring. Amanda took care of my issue quickly and got me on my way. I have always had a very positive and pleasant experience at the OSF Urgo OnCall.
First the lady asked what brings me in? Should I tell everyone in the waiting room? Next it takes over an hour to get checked in, then someone. Called security, for no reason. What a waste, there's no doctor here. There's no compassion, all they want is money. This was my first attempt to get care in over a year. Im a disabled veteran and I can't get care anywhere. The VA has been gutted. And this place won't do anything until you pay. What more do you need?
Excellent Facilities and Wonderful Professionals! The place is Clean, Modern and Comfortable. The Personell are Helpful, Caring and Thouroughly Professional! Wait time was two minutes and Total visit lasted only 15 minutes. The Doctors and Nurses were Wonderful!
