The NP Nicole was very thorough and caring. She informed me on what to expect after my injury. And gave 5 star quality care. Sydney also gave 5 star quality care, cleaning my wound, and wrapping it. She was very caring and thorough as well, explaining how to keep the wound clean to help prevent infection. Thank you to the OSF Urgo Team on Logan. Great job and keep up the excellent work!
Always a pleasant experience coming here when you're not feeling well. The staff are always super friendly and they take the time to actually listen to you.
We’ve seen Amanda a few times for our son Braxton, who’s 8 and has special needs and we can’t say enough about her. Very professional, kind and absolutely amazing with kids! We are always so happy to see her face when we need to take him to urgent care!
