OSF URGENT CARE RANTOUL ILLINOIS, kudos to you for the kind courtesy treatment I received. I came in expecting a foot amputation ( sprained ankle at 44) and left in the best spirits I have been in the last 30 hours. Thank you for being so patient with this big ole stubborn man baby! You are all appreciated. Front house nurses, X-ray Tech, Intake Nurses and of course the Provider. Above and beyond treatment. Thank you for the service you provide.
I went there today for a deep cut, was told I had to get stitches and I never had them before so I was nervous. These ladies were so incredibly kind and helpful, they explained the whole process, was gentle with me, and helped distract me from everything. They are the best and made the experience so much better for me thank you!
Shelby Warner and all of the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. There was no wait and everyone was helpful.
