My daughter was in last Thursday for a twisted ankle that was really swollen. The greetings and sign in were easy and everyone was friendly! The provider and radiologist were great with her, she’s 7. 5 days later I knew it wasn’t right. I took her back in, quick efficient care again as we walked in. I pushed for additional X-ray and we found out today that it’s not sprained it’s fractured! The first X-ray was misread and I cannot thank the office staff enough! Do not go here for DOT physical. They will violate HIPPA RIGHTS. The nurse practioner will make a diagnosis with out proper testing or consulting a Doctor. As far as I know there wasn't a doctor on the premises. They do not follow FMCSA RULES AND REGULATIONS. PROTECT YOUR CDL STAY AWAY FROM OSF ON CALL URGENT CARE
Care guides Valentine and Mickey were amazing , the provider saw me quickly I was in and out. It's a great option to make a reservation especially when not feeling well. I'm feeling much better thank you.
Dr and staff were wonderful and thr RX has greatly reduced my symptoms. I am especially grateful that female Dr's are available for us ladies needing care.
