Slow. I walked out again waste of time and staff don't know anything dont go to osf. Hospital is a joke. Every time I go to an osf is always a bad experience. Would give 0 stars if I could
The younger woman at front desk with glasses that sits on the right side has caused my appointments to be delayed more than once due to her lack of work ethic. Getting tired of staff and staff interactions with this office. I also have a few appointments canceled without notice twice. Complete morons
If you're referred to a specialist, make sure you do schedulings job for them. Do your research and make sure where they send you is covered. Make sure it's at the correct location too. Dr will tell you one thing, front desk will tell you another. They must not communicate with each other because no one is on the same page.
