Nice place n ppl r very helpful
They do not accept walk-ins. I checked their website before making the drive and when I got there, the receptionist said they no longer except walk-ins so when I informed her that this information is not on their website she said I know I know I’m sorry.!
I love OSF. Dr. Chavez is amazing. She’s helped me more in the less then a year I’ve been seeing her then any other Dr. She truthfully, honest and respectful with you. She does everything she said she is going to do almost immediately. She sends in my prescriptions puts my referrals in the system. I love using My chart as I suffer from severe anxiety and it helps me talking through her on the and she is always fast at responding and answers all my questions. $3300 for an x ray. $2000 for basic bloodwork $50 for an anti smoking seminar. Which I did not want or accept it was forced on me. Seems illegal. Shame on you OSF.
