I have so many good things to say about this place. Jennifer is my primary care provider and she has been absolutely amazing! I needed a bunch of tests and shots for my CNA program I’m in and she has been more than helpful. I’m also someone who doesn’t have the best insurance and most of my adult life I struggled finding a doctors office that actually cared about their patients and I’m so happy I found Jennifer here at OSF because without her and this office I wouldn’t be able to get the care I need!
HELLO, YOU SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS AND YOU ARE CLOSED!!! MULTIPLE PEOPLE IN YOUR LOT FOR APPTS STARTING AT 8AM. NO ONE THERE AND THE LIGHTS ARE OUT STILL AT 9:05AM.
How do we make a complaint about Jennifer J. Rabchuk? She is very rude and unprofessional.
WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! If you even think about going to this place, DONT. The people there are so rude and useless. I walked in with one simple question and the white women with glasses at the front desk gave me so much attitude. I forgot my mask so she proceeded to throw one at me on the desk before me. When I asked to speak to the manager she got angry. The manager was even worse. They were so rude and I felt super disrespected. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Trust me
Switched to OSF because Advocate is a nightmare with inexperienced staff at call center, extremely long waits for appts, can't reach Dr, Dr gets wrong message etc. Always received great care with any of the OSF Drs and wanted to say Aprn Rabchuk is fantastic!!! She was extremely thorough with exam, very easy to talk to and cared about finding my problem. She really listened and was very interested in helping me. I thought- THIS is how you should feel when you leave the Drs Office! Highly, highly recommend!
