Was just in here for a first time appointment. I asked the large black male nurse/front desk rep if I was going out of network because of the copay. His reply “you can ask your insurance.” That’s just extremely rude and unnecessary. I asked a simple question, it makes no sense why such a nasty response at 7:30am in the morning was necessary. Especially this being my FIRST TIME HERE.
Dr Kimberly Johnson is truly my favorite doctor!!!! even reach out to me when I had covid a few months ago. And she prescribed me a inhaler now my lingering cough is subsiding 🙏and now my sister has her as well.
The person at the emergency room desk was very bothered when he had to get off the phone to serve us
Reading these reviews was hilarious and unbelievable. This rude staff, one lady in particular, must be the owner or in the owners family. My goodness. She gets away with more ill treatment and disrespect than the police department members are allowed. I was truly about to sign up for a health visit, BUT THAT'S OUT!
