I never post reviews but this place has earned it over years. Billing is always messed up badly and takes months to resolve for simple issues. Stayed because the doctor was great, but he left. Waited 6 months for a transfer to a new doctor and then the day before the appointment they cancelled and said it would be ANOTHER 6 months before we could see anyone, and it would be a different doctor than we chose, AND he only comes in 1x per week. I will always recommend this place. They have the kindest staff, nurses, and doctors. I've never had any problems with anyone there. I love that I can always reach out and get an answer as soon as possible. Thank you OSF medical group for caring for me and my family's needs.
This is a wonderful pediatrics office. It is new, clean and the care is prompt. I can usually get a same-day appointment. Brandon Nierhoff takes the time to explain things in a clear manner. The nursing staff is very friendly and welcoming.
