My wife and I both went for separate issues over the past couple weeks. The staff was nice, but we both felt like we were wrote off and shoved back out the door instead of actually being diagnosed. I had sinus/chest congestion for 2 weeks before I went in and was told to see my normal doctor if I wasn't better in a few days. My wife got the same treatment for a different condition.
I went to this Prompt Care this morning & was treated very rudely. I will never go back. Their behavior was uncalled for. My Doctor's office that initially referred me to go there, wanted to speak with them on the phone because they didn't understand why they would not see me. Then next thing I know, 2 woman there started yelling at me!! I was nothing but nice to them. Lesson learned! Go some place else if you prefer to be treated with respect.
