Cpap machine is not working as it should. Call the office and they say I need an appointment. No openings for 16 weeks! Office couldn't care less about the well-being of their patients!
OSF, the nurses, doctors, specialists and techs have provided excellent care for my critically ill father. The one major exception has been a fill-in pulmonologist Dr Rizan Hajal. His bedside manner rates a ZERO. He is condescending and clueless about what is going on with the patient. He aggressively questioned my father about why he was still on oxygen and antibiotic IV’s...how about treatment for sepsis and pneumonia! I saw one of your doctors at the hospital here in Danville a couple weeks ago and was seen for a couple of hours. Now I have bill I just got recently from your doctors for $2,000 something that I have to pay on for a long time because you're separate from the hospital! How can you have emergency doctors for a hospital if you're billing people a separate bill that they can't get help on through financial assistance!
