Dr.O is amazing one of the best in town!!
Finally got a primary care after 3 years of trying, and they blow off all my needs. Said they were setting up therapy and counseling so I could finally get on medication for my ADHD and bipolar, 3 weeks later and nothing. Not a single damned thing. They are having me take test after test after test after test, and not doing anything I actually need them to do. Extremely disappointed with this clinic. I am new to Rockford and came here for my primary care. A "thorough" personal/family medical history not taken, past medical records not requested nor secured prior to my first appt, and a medication I have been on without incident from ANY previous provider, was denied, and despite their potential response, this medication concern was NOT discussed with me during my initial visit, but provider rather waited to drop this bomb when I requested my first refill.
