My primary care doctor submitted a referral for a colonoscopy in late September 2024 and by my next follow-up appointment with him in January 2025 (4 months later), my procedure had still not yet been scheduled. He gave me a referral and phone number and it has taken days to work through the maze of automated calling systems and being directed to three other phone numbers. I am convinced that there is no scheduling staff or receptionist at this facility. I was due for a procedure in June. I was never contacted by anyone to schedule it. I know it is in my medical records (or should be) that I am due, since I have had several other procedures done in the last 10 years at this same facility. I contacted my GP for a referral. My GP sent the referral on July 2. I am still waiting to hear from someone. I called 6 days ago and left a message and again, I am still waiting to hear from someone. Terribl... read more
I don't believe anyone works here. There is never anyone that answers the phone. Any phone calls made are never returned. I'm not sure why this place even remains in business.

Does anyone work here? I have called numerous times and no one ever answers the phone. I finally left a voicemail message and the call wasn’t returned. This was three days ago. I’m going elsewhere.
