I had one of the best doctor's visits ever with Adam Brown NP. He is prompt, relatable, and actively listens. The office staff appears to be a little overwhelmed, though. The computer system through MyChart is highly redundant and annoying to the point of being pesky, like most are these days. But, the care provided is worth the hassle.
Impossible to get in a see your Dr. or nurse practitioner. Totally incompetent regarding anything to do with insurance or pre-authorizations. Been 2 weeks without my medicine because the nurses/preauth people seem to be unable to fill out and send in the forms in 4 weeks.
Always running late. Even if you’re the first appointment of the day.
I would give Holly and Michelle more than 5 stars if I could. My veins are small and hard to see and they kept me calm and cracked jokes the entire time and got my blood drawn without poking or prodding me. I’ll make an appt to get my blood drawn by them every time.
